Firstly, go to the relevant replica ornament page, this can be done using either the navigation bars on the left of the screen; or from the list on the Home Page; or from the Product Range & Price page.The replica pages include photographs of base styles with and without inscriptions.
To order ornaments with a regimental title and insignia on the base; on the replica page, alongside the photographs and ornament price is a box marked Regiment, simply type the full title of the regiment to be included on the base in the box. Please remember to type the title in full as abreviations can cause confusion.
- After entering the information in the box click on Add to Cart. You will automatically be taken to the checkout stage and the details entered in the box will appear in full along with the price and delivery cost.
- You can then either confirm the details and continue with the payment by following the instructions on the Checkout page, or return to the replica page by clicking on the Continue Shopping button or closing the page.
- To order an ornament without a regimental insignia just click on the Add to Cart button in the section in the lower right of the replica page and again you will be taken to the payment page.
- If you have any comments or special instructions these can be added at the final Checkout stage or by e-mail on the Contact Us page.
- We will then e-mail you to confirm the details of the order and delivery address.
If you are ordering more than one of a particular replica with the same insignia this can be done at the Checkout stage. Replicas of the same ornament with different insignia can be ordered by returning to the replica page and re-ordering with the new title

Additional Base Inscription.
A second inscription can also be included on the base, such as wording for presentations and awards or the motifs of batteries and squadrons, for this there is a small additional charge of £12.00 to cover the costs of origination and pattern making. This is a one-off cost and is never repeated no matter how many ornaments are ordered or how frequently, as long as the same design is used.
To include a second inscription on the base return to the replica page from the checkout and click on the Additional Inscription image or use the navigation bars to go to the Additional Inscription page, then follow the simple instructions.

Each ornament is individually hand crafted from start to finish, nevertheless, we will normally dispatch your order within ten working days.
