When placing your order by post or e-mail, the following information should be included: 

 

• The name or title of the replica
• The regiment or unit to be included on the base
• How many of each ornament
• Include any additional wording or designs

                  

We also need the following: 

 

• The name of the person placing the order
• Contact telephone number and e-mail address
• Delivery address
• Ornament price totals
• One-off cost of additional base personalisation if applicable:-                £12.00 per design (refer to Additional Inscription pages)
• Postage/carriage costs:

                          £4.75 for single ornaments to UK addresses)
