Refunds and Cancellation.
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your
purchase the goods should be returned to us within seven days of receipt
and the order value will be refunded. Your rights to return goods are protected
under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
In the event that an order is delivered in a damaged condition, please notify us
by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt and return the item in its packaging. The item will either be replaced or the value of the damaged goods and postage refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund if a returned product is damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging.
Refunds cannot be provided on products which have been custom made or modified in accordance with customers instructions, other than for damage in transit.
Order cancellations should be made in writing or by e-mail at least three days prior to their despatch. We may have to charge for additional personalisation if master patterns have been completed.
