Shorts Armoured Patrol Vehicle

The Shorts Armoured Patrol Vehicle was designed as a companion personnel carrying vehicle to the Shorland APC, and was introduced in 1974 specifically for internal security duties. Used initially by the RUC but soon after by the army, the Shorts basic design was used for many years and versions are still in service.
