It should be remembered that every piece is individually crafted by hand, therefore there may be variations between similar ornaments and of those displayed on the website.

 

Due to our policy of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to alter the specifications of our ornaments without notice, though we will keep details on this website as up to date as possible. 

 

We will not pass on customer information to third parties for marketing or for any other purpose. We need to know your name, delivery address, and your e-mail address to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of the status of your order. We may also ask for your daytime telephone number as an alternative means of contacting you if there is a problem with your order and for some deliveries this number may be needed by the carriers.

 

We may occasionally, with your permission, send you details of new additions to our range which we think may be of interest to you. If you have any queries about your privacy, please contact us and we will be pleased to discuss your concerns.
