Terms and Refunds
It should be remembered that every piece is individually crafted by hand, therefore there may be variations between similar ornaments and of those displayed on the website.
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase inform us within seven working days of receipt, return the goods and the order value will be refunded. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
In the event that an order is delivered in a damaged condition, please notify us by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt and return the item in its packaging. The item will either be replaced or the value of the damaged goods and postage refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund if a returned product is damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging.
Refunds cannot be provided on products which have been custom made or modified in accordance with customers instructions, other than for damage in transit.
Order cancellations should be made in writing or by e-mail at least three days prior to their dispatch. We may have to charge for additional personalisation if master patterns have been completed.
Due to our policy of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to alter the specifications of our ornaments without notice, though we will keep details on this website as up to date as possible.
We will not pass on customer information to third parties for marketing or for any other purpose. We need to know your name, delivery address, and your e-mail address to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of the status of your order. We may also ask for your daytime telephone number as an alternative means of contacting you if there is a problem with your order and for some deliveries this number may be needed by the carriers.
We may occasionally, with your permission, send you details of new additions to our range which we think may be of interest to you. If you have any queries about your privacy, please contact us and we will be pleased to discuss your concerns.
Every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of details and prices on this site. Prices charged are those ruling at date of despatch although prices shown on this site will be honoured as far as possible. Errors and Omissions excepted.
